Transaction Journaltm solutions are designed with an easy interface to standard computer platforms with the minimum requirement of an Intel® Pentium® processor 500MHz and a contemporary Windows ® operating system. A SQL database licence can be either provided with the software or your own SQL Server database will host the application. Familiar Microsoft features are therefore available and security is assured.
Entry level TJ-2 installations are straightforward, with guidance notes provided on the same CD as the TJ Software and User Guide. When advice is needed, our usual support mechanisms are easily accessed to give confidence to achieve a successful outcome. Installation assistance can be provided for standalone TJ-3, but frequently your own technology resources can complete these effectively with minimum interruption. Should assistance be required, this is available via telephone or an on-site visit can be arranged.
Our technicians and specialists will liaise with your in-house technology gatekeepers to assist in coordinating more complex networked TJ-3, TJ-i and TJ-i installations. Subsequent telephone and online support can be subscribed to.
