Solchar creates robust solutions that are designed to provide continuous service with the prospect of many years’ trouble-free processing capacity. Scanners purchased through us are covered by one of our maintenance contracts, to give customers the peace of mind that should performance of the hardware component deteriorate, we are able to either loan or swap-out the scanner during maintenance or repair, thus ensuring business continuity. Support agreements cover solution continuity and product interface advice, in the event that in-house technology developments require minor adjustments. Our support technicians are adept at identifying and rectifying operational anomalies, frequently re-establishing processing with over the phone guidance.
Raising a support request is completed by phone or using our designated website area. Support is available Monday - Friday between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm.
