TJ-2 is our entry level product, designed for low volume cheque processing but improving book-keeping and banking activities significantly. TJ-2 will capture images and details of cheques and remittances before they are sent to the bank for collection. This replaces the need to key or hand transcribe details into manual ledgers or photocopy items. Queries or discrepancies can be resolved quickly and autonomously by consulting digital images of individual items or batches. Lost or damaged cheque information can be replicated, thus avoiding the need to request a replacement cheque payment or suffer a financial loss for one or more items.Banks and accounting rules of professional institutions, local authorities and charities, state that codeline and other details of cheques must be retained for scrutiny. TJ-2 will do this efficiently and cost effectively and in addition reduce bank charges, help prevent or detect fraud and make reconciliation easier. TJ-2 provides captured data in a spread sheet CSV format.
